Try one of these solutions before you go\u00a0changing settings, checking add-ons or plugins\u00a0and the plethora of other solutions that Adobe\u00a0suggests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you are a Windows user: right-click the link and\u00a0choose either Open in A New Tab or Open in A\u00a0New Window.\u00a0If that still doesn&#8217;t work, right-click\u00a0and choose Save Target As to\u00a0download the file directly to your\u00a0computer&#8217;s documents folder<br \/>\nand open the file from\u00a0there. Obviously, this solution\u00a0isn&#8217;t the best but at least you get\u00a0what you&#8217;re after.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you&#8217;re a Mac user, you may not\u00a0have a right-clicking mouse. Hold\u00a0the Control key when you click, you&#8217;ll have the same options.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I POURED through endless\u00a0webpages and documents about\u00a0changing settings in browsers,\u00a0editing Windows registry entries,\u00a0uninstalling and reinstalling,\u00a0switching browsers, &amp; version\u00a0issues. I stumbled on this solution\u00a0one day when I was relegated to\u00a0once again download a PDF to my harddrive. I right-clicked to\u00a0get my SaveAs\/Download menu item and clicked the Open In A New Tab button instead &#8211; just to see what it would do, VOILA! It\u00a0opened. I tried it again and again, gave the advice to a friend with\u00a0the same problem and it worked for her, too!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If any of these options works for you, PLEASE add a comment to\u00a0this post.
